A: Since we do not keep merchandise in stock, our items are ordered from suppliers to meet each client’s specific requests, which takes additional time. Plus, each order is custom-made so we individually design and create every item.
Q: Why do you have a minimum print order of 12?
A: Each order involves designing and setting up artwork, exposing screens, and printing and packaging the garments, so we do not accept orders less than 12 due to the customization and time involved.
Q: Will I receive a proof before printing?
A: We will always send a proof to you before production starts. We want to make sure you are completely confident with your designs, colors, and placement ahead of time.
